How to order gluten free when you’re at Chili’s, which has locations in all 50 states - first, notify the manager, be aware of the fact that they are “unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of allergens” (due to possible contamination in food prep) and then order one of the following dishes (sans side dishes):
- Baby back ribs
- Salmon with garlic/herbs
- Bacon burger without sides, buns
- Old Timer burger without sides, buns
- Little mouth burger/cheeseburger (w/o bun and side)
- Caesar salad - no dressing & croutons
- Dinner house salad - no dressing & croutons
- Guiltless Carne Asada Steak
- Guiltless Grilled Salmon
- Cajun Ribeye Steak
- Flame Grilled Ribeye Steak
- Classic Sirloin - No Savory Steak Butter
