Gluten Free Creations Bakery
Phoenix, Arizona-based Gluten Free Creations Bakery has been making gluten free baked goods since 2001, started by founder LynnRae Ries who was diagnosed as gluten-intolerant in 2000.
Their product line includes gluten free baking mixes and flours, to already baked goods, such as bagels, brownies, donuts (Donuts4U), cookies, muffins and more. They’ve also got pizza crusts, breads and even a few gluten free cookbooks. For some of their products (baking flours, donuts4u), they’ve also got bulk pricing.
In the Arizona, their products are used in Phoenix restaurants and pizzerias and sold in brick-and-mortar retail outlets (check their website for a complete listing).
