Chebe Bread Products
Chebe makes a line of bread and pizza crust mixes and frozen dough based on Brazilian cheese bread, or pao de queijo, which incidentally I have attempted to make myself with varying degrees of success. For those that don’t know, pao de queijo are awesome gooey balls of cheesy bready deliciousness. Almost better than bread in a way.
Chebe (pronounced “chee bee”) makes mixes for:
- Original Mix (cheese bread)
- All-Purpose
- Pizza Mix
- Garlic Onion Breadsticks
- Focaccia Italian Flatbread
- Cinnamon Roll-Up Mix
Their frozen dough products are:
- Frozen Rolls
- Bread Sticks
- Tomato-Basil Breadsticks
- Pizza Crusts
- Sandwich Buns
Multiple-food allergy sufferers can eat Chebe’s corn free, peanut free and tree nut free, soy free and potato free products (some products are also lactose free and casein free). A 8-pack case of their mixes will set you back $20.50, with free shipping once you purchase 4 cases … that’s a lot of bread!
