JOINING THE GFC
Q: Is there any fee to join the Gluten Free Circle?
A: No, there is no fee or charge.
Q: Can I participate if I live outside of the United States?
A: You can join the Gluten Free Circle and receive our emails, however our product giveaways are limited to residents of the United States.
Q: Can I join the Gluten Free Circle without going through the sign up process?
A: Unfortunately, no. You can choose to be part of the program or not; if you would like to be part of the program, we require you to go through the process to ensure that you agree to our terms of use and privacy policy.
Q: I never received a confirmation email.
A: Please make sure you thoroughly check your junk mail or spam mail folders for the email. If our email has been blocked for some reason by your mail provider, please try registering again with a different email address. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the confirmation email.
Q: Why do I need to confirm my email address when I already signed up?
A: We do this to make sure that you are indeed the person who signed up - this is called a “double opt-in” and is in place to protect you by ensuring that others are not signing up for emails & so forth without your consent.
Q: Should I leave comments on products asking for samples/coupons?
A: Please do not leave your personal information in the comment sections asking for coupons or samples. In order to be eligible, please sign up — comments on products are to leave your opinion on products.
HOW THE GFC WORKS
Q: What is the GFC?
A: It’s a program to share coupons, samples and offers with people interested in gluten free products. We started the GFC because some gluten free products frankly don’t taste very good. We thought this was a way to help people discover new products. For the gluten free product makers, it’s a way to get feedback and get the word out about their products.
Q: When will I begin to receive products?
A: To be eligible, you must sign up. When you are eligible to receive a coupon, offer or product, you will be notified by email. Please do not send us an email asking to receive products — if you have signed up for the GFC, then you are already eligible to receive offers.
Q: I’d like to receive a specific product. Can I request it?
A: We work with advertisers and partners to get products, but we cannot guarantee any specific product, however. Feel free to give us the feedback in our forum (separate registration is required to post in the forum). We’ll take your feedback into consideration.
Q: Do I have to fill out the surveys?
A: They are not required, but they provide valuable feedback to our partners and help them ultimately create better products. Please review our terms of use and privacy policy for further information.
