We're in a very good location here in CT and have Trader Joes, Whole Foods as well as your standard bill of fare, Stop & Shop, Shaws, Shoprite. For those really expensive or hard to find items (xanthan gum) I use Amazon. There is a great seller called Barry's Farm - reasonable shipping and great prices on flours etc.
